『ザ・コーヴ』がアカデミー賞を獲った日の夕方のFNNのニュースで、木村太郎氏が皮肉でこんな話をしていたのが特に印象的でした。

　「アメリカでは雄のヒヨコを大量虐殺している。雄は卵を産まないから、分別する時に雄だったらそのまま粉砕器に入れて殺すんです。日本もこれを告発する映画を作ったらいい。もちろんアカデミー賞は獲れませんけどね」
